These terms of service apply to all funeral live streaming services provided by Millview Group Ltd, trading as Funeral Streaming North East (a service by dwmedia). Registered in England and Wales. Wansbeck Workspace, Rotary Parkway, Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 8QZ.

All services will be carried out with care, discretion and respect. Our team will liaise quietly with the venue and officiant to ensure the service runs without interruption. We attend every service in person with professional equipment.
The live stream will be delivered via a private, password-protected link provided to the family in advance. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party streaming platforms or issues arising from the viewer's internet connection or device.
Stream links are private and password-protected. They must not be shared publicly or posted on social media.
Where recording is included in your package, a digital copy will be provided following the service. In the event of a technical failure beyond our control, a recorded version will be provided where one is available. We cannot guarantee a recording in all circumstances of equipment failure.
We understand circumstances can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or postpone. No charge will be made if notification is received more than 48 hours before the service. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a charge at our discretion, taking into account the circumstances.
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices not paid within terms may accrue interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Both parties agree to handle personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Stream links and passwords will not be shared publicly by either party. For full details of how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Millview Group Ltd t/a Funeral Streaming North East carries public liability insurance of £1,000,000. A copy of our insurance certificate is available on request.
We take every care to deliver a reliable, professional service. However our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
